Reid and I went with my parents and grandparents to Jackson, MS to see my bother, sister in law, and nephew. Garrett didn't go with us because we had used most of our vacation time for our cruise in January so he didn't want to use what he had left because he doesn't get anymore until November. And from Jackson, MS Reid, Mom, Lauren, Wright, and I went to Orange Beach, AL to Lauren's Dads condo to have a little vacation. It was so nice. We had so much fun. Reid loved the pool. It was a perfect pool for little ones. We went to the beach and had some pictures taken...Reid liked the sand but didn't like the water. I think he didn't like the loud noise the waves made. But we probably won't be going to the beach for a couple of years until he likes the water better and he can learn not to throw the sand and get it in his eyes. It was not fun cleaning the sand out of every area on his body!!!! We will be going back to Orange Beach but we will probably stay at the wonderful pool!!! It was a long trip but so worth it even though we missed Garrett a lot!!!!!!!!! I can't wait until next year for our trip when everyone gets to go. Thank you to Lauren for driving us around and taking us to Orange Beach and to Nick and Christi for letting us stay at their condo...It was wonderful.
