Happy Father's Day!

We had a great fathers day! We went to eat with my parents, grandparents, and father in law and did a little shopping and just enjoyed the day.
Thank you Garrett for being such a great husband and father! I am so lucky to have great men in my life!!!

Nonnie's 86th Birthday

Yesterday was my Nonnie's 86th Birthday!!! I am so blessed to have such great grandparents and I am so lucky that my grandparents have been such a big part of my life. I am so excited that Reid gets to enjoy having them as great grandparents... Couldn't have asked for better people!!! Thank you for all y'all do for us and for always being there for us!! Reid made Nonnie some good cupcakes and he had to fill up her new bird bath she for for her birthday!!! :-) Happy Birthday, Nonnie! We love you!

Happy 89th Birthday!!!!

Yesterday was my papaw's 89th birthday!!!! What a special day! We are so blessed to have such a great papaw and man in our life!!! I am truly blessed because I have such a great family who loves me and is such an inspiration to me.... Thank you, God for my wonderful family! Hope you had a great day papaw! Thanks for celebrating with us!

Reid's Surgery

My sweet little boy had surgery yesterday to have his adenoids and tonsils removed because he snores and stops breathing sometimes! He did great for surgery and he was such a trooper that whole day! I was probably more worked up than he was... Typical mom!!! :-)
Today has been a little more rough but he is still doing good considering!! I hope this will help my little boy sleep better!!!
I have to tell this cute story about Reid.... After surgery they told him he had to drink 10 ounces of fluids and go to the restroom and then he could go home! He apparently took that very seriously, he drank gatorade, ate 2 Popsicles, and ate a whole thing of jello right after surgery. Then after a little while he wanted to go to the bathroom, as soon as he came out of the bathroom he started putting on his clothes and shoes all by himself because he had done exactly what they asked him to do and he was ready to go home!!! I had to explain to him they had to release him first but he wasn't having it because in his mind he had done all the things they asked and he was ready to go home!!! So precious!!!! Love that little guy and I am so thankful he made it through surgery without any problems!!!
