Putting up the Christmas Tree!!!

This is my FAVORITE time of the year. I LOVE CHRISTMAS!!!! Reid helped us put up all the Christmas decorations last night. We had fun but Reid put 5 or 6 ornaments on one branch so I had to go back and fix it!!! I am glad it is up and we can enjoy all the pretty lights for a while. Reid loves the lights but he wants to play with the tree all the time so I think I am going to be repeating " don't touch the tree" a lot this month which can get tiresome but hopefully he will learn not to touch it before Christmas gets here...probably not though!!!

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Turkey Day!!! We had a full day of fun and seeing all our families!! The food was great...I ate to much of course!! It is always nice when you can get together with your family and have a good meal. We went to my family's house first to eat lunch and then we went to Garrett's parents house to eat dinner. We had a great day but now I am ready to rest for the rest of the weekend. Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving. :-)

Fun Filled Day

Well, it was just Reid and I this weekend...Garrett went to camp to hunt!!!! Reid and I had a big day planned for today though, we got up ate breakfast and played a little then we went to go to Lexi's 4th Birthday Party. Reid had a lot of fun. He got to decorate his own cake and cookies!!!! Sugar, sugar, and more sugar...he was in heaven!!!!!!! Then we came home for a little bit and got ready to go to the Lights of the Ozarks. This is at the Fayetteville Square and they light the whole square up and have a parade. We met up with some friends of mine and their kids at the square. It was so pretty. Reid had a blast. But needless to say, we are very tired and Reid fell out on the couch in about 2 seconds after we got home. They are soooo sweet when they sleep!!!!

Reid likes to say the blessing before our meals but he has his own version of the blessing...he only says the beginning and the end but it is so cute!!!!!!

The first part of the video he sounds a little possessed...which is kinda scary!!!!! But the 2nd time he says it on the video is the normal sweet one he says for us all the time.

Thanksgiving Lunch at Reid's School

Garrett and I got to go eat Thanksgiving Lunch at Reid's school today. It was so fun!! Reid was so excited to see us there. All the kids helped cook the lunch and it was really good. Their teachers said they washed their hands well before they started cooking and that they cooked all the food at very high temperatures!!! :-) All the kids got to make their own placemat for the Thanksgiving meal and we got to keep those...Reid was very happy about that. My little boy is growing up to fast...I don't like it!!! This is the start of many school functions which means he is growing up.

Razorback Football Game Nov. 14th 2009

We went to the last home football game last night. It was kinda sad...I didn't want it to be the last home game. It doesn't seem like it should be over!!!!! We had a lot of fun tailgating and we won the game so that made it even better. GO HOGS!!!

Flying the Airplanes

Reid and Garrett went to see some airplanes today. Our friend Heath is a pilot and he took them to go check out all the planes. Reid had a blast of course. He loves airplanes. Reid was running around pointing and looking at all the airplanes. He was so excited to see all of them up close. Thank you, Heath for taking Reid to see the airplanes!!!!
